Does this mean that those overseas are not being given the opportunity during this latest 'consultation' to voice their opinion on whether they would like to see an airport built ?

I imagine there are a couple of thousand at least working overseas who would like to voice their opinion but in this instance are being denied the opportunity

If only those actually on the island at the time of the visit offer an opinion (one way or the other), it will result in a false impression.

HMG needs to understand that the majority of Saints would remain on the island if the opportunity for well paid work was generated by an airport!
By ommitting them from this 'consultation' undoubtedly will make people think that it has been planned that way by HMG so that their views remain unknown.

I am sure HMG would welcome the opportunity to put that right by including all Saints wherever they work and live - coincidentally just like they did the last time they held a 'consultation' on whether Saints wanted an aiport! AND WE ALL KNOW THE RESULT OF THAT ONE!
