I would like to challenge the Secretary of State for International Development with some questions in response to his statement:
1. Why do you wish to waste more taxpayers money on researching options for access when the process was completed and decisions made?
2. What part of your job title do you find it difficult to comprehend? It wouldn't by any chance be the word 'development' would it?
